Morning Sunshine
Good morning. Before the day begins, before the to-do lists and notifications, you've chosen to give yourself this moment. Sit comfortably, either on the edge of your bed or in a chair with your feet on the floor. Let your spine be tall but not rigid. Rest your hands on your thighs. Close your eyes gently.

Take your first intentional breath of the day. Breathe in through your nose, slowly, as if you're breathing in the freshness of a new morning... and exhale through your mouth, releasing any lingering sleepiness.

Inhale again, this time a little deeper, filling yourself with energy and possibility... and exhale, letting go of any residual heaviness from sleep.

One more breath. In through your nose, feeling yourself wake up from the inside out... and out, feeling alert, present, alive.

Notice how it feels to be here, in this new day. Every morning is a fresh start — a blank page. Whatever happened yesterday is complete. Today is entirely new, full of unrealized potential.
